Brittany is the newest agent working with HCR Realty, LLC. A Haskell native, she and her husband, Justin, recently moved back home to raise their family in the small town way of life. Her roots run deep in Haskell county as her family has been farming and ranching in the area for over 100 years.
Brittany has been in sales since graduating from Texas A&M in 2007. She’s had an accomplished career in pharmaceutical sales earning the highest honors multiple years at multiple companies. Brittany is excited to use her sales experience and passion for people to help families “back home” to buy and sell homes and property in Haskell and surrounding areas.
When Brittany isn’t busy helping families with real estate, she and Justin stay busy with their two little girls, Collins and Saige. She also enjoys reading, traveling, working out, hanging out at the lake and spending time with family and friends.
Shelby was born and raised in Haskell, Texas and graduated from Haskell High School in 2013. Farm and ranch has always played a big role in her life as her husband, father, father-in-law and grandfather all farm/ranch in Haskell County. She got her real estate license in 2017 and has strived to continue being the best agent she can for her clients. Shelby has recently earned her ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) Designation and SFR® (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) Designation. From the first time you look at a property, to the signing the papers at closing – she is there to help make the process go smoothly and as easy as possible.
Shelby married Micah Thomas in April of 2015 and they recently had their first baby girl, Emma Hope. They plan to continue residing in Haskell and grow their family. In her spare time, aside from real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the lake and drinking a glass of wine every now and then.
As a retired teacher, taking my passion and skill set to the new career of Real Estate Agent was a natural transition. My focus as Real Estate Agent is bringing expertise and service to my clients, whether it is buying or selling property. I go above and beyond to earn the trust and respect of all, and count it an honor that in the ten years I have been associated with HCR Realty as an agent, I have gained many new friends and repeat clients. I have earned the designation of GRI, or Graduate, REALTOR Institute, as well as ASP, or Accredited Staging Professional, both of which increase the knowledge and service I bring to my clients in completing successful transactions. When I am not busy helping folks with real estate needs, I enjoy family, friends, and traveling. My husband, Jimmy, is the best partner ever, and as all grandparents can attest, being Gamma and Pops to four grands is the icing on the cake of a full and rewarding life!
Serving Haskell Texas and the surrounding counties for more than two decades Bridget Guess is a
trusted real estate broker in her industry. She is honest, dependable and she puts her client’s interest
first by making the real estate experience as seamless as possible. Bridget has been the broker and
owner of HCR Realty LLC for more than 15 years. She initially started out in the property and casualty
insurance business, then combined her expertise of both fields to provide her clients the upmost
service. She has extensive knowledge and experience with residential and farm and ranch sales. She
enjoys leading a dynamic team of highly skilled agents within the agency at HCR Realty. Bridget
graduated with a college degree in business agriculture and currently holds multiple license and
designations. She has been actively involved along the way and currently serves and volunteers in
numerous potions with in the community.
When Bridget is not thinking about business her passion is her faith in the Lord and love for her family.
She has been married for 25 years to her best friend Chan. They have two daughters who are the true
joy of her life. She loves traveling and making new memories even if its just going out to the ranch and
riding the ranger on a beautiful day!
